From a top billing consultant to a senior leadership role, Gareth has collaborated with both iconic UK enterprises and emerging tech innovators. Recognising the potential for elevating recruitment practices, he founded Neulinx. His vision: prioritise genuine relationships and unmatched experiences for clients and candidates, anchored in trust.

Beyond work, Gareth is a sports fanatic, often found running, cycling, or cheering for his football team. He cherishes downtime with family, friends, and his adopted dog, Hooch.
