My client is seeking a Google Hotel Ads & Digital Strategy Manager to play a pivotal role in their digital marketing strategy, particularly in expanding visibility and bookings across a diverse portfolio of properties, from charming inns to hotel chains.

The Role

As the Google Hotel Ads & Digital Strategy Manager, you will spearhead efforts in managing, optimising, and expanding their Google Hotel Ads presence across several thousand properties. This role is designed for a proactive and dynamic individual who can bring a wealth of experience in digital marketing within the hospitality sector, showcasing a proven track record of successfully managing campaigns across a wide range of property types and sizes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically plan and execute Google Hotel Ads campaigns, ensuring they are tailored to meet the unique objectives of each property.
  • Employ advanced tactics like Target ROAS and Enhanced CPC to analyse and optimise campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Facilitate seamless data integration between their Property Management System (PMS), Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), and Google to boost campaign performance and efficiency.
  • Act as the in-house authority on Google Ads, providing education and guidance to the team, and leading the way in achieving our digital marketing ambitions.

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads management, with a significant emphasis on campaigns for a broad spectrum of properties. Demonstrated success in these areas is crucial.
  • Direct experience and a deep understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem within the hospitality industry, including a background working with or for online travel agencies (e.g., TripAdvisor, Kayak, Booking.com) or directly at major digital platforms (Google/Meta).
  • Google Ads certification, with a special focus on Google Hotel Ads, and exceptional analytical skills.
  • A passion for innovation, with a readiness to manage manual processes and develop the infrastructure needed for digital marketing success within the company.
  • Strong leadership and educational skills, with an eagerness to mentor team members and elevate collective digital marketing expertise.
