Neulinx have partnered with an innovative health tech startup focused on revolutionising women’s health. We’re looking for a Lead Full-Stack Engineer to drive the technical strategy and execution.
The Role:
- Lead technical strategy and roadmap implementation.
- Oversee system architecture, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Hands-on development using Typescript, Next.js, Python, and AWS.
- Collaborate with founders on product direction.
- Manage DevOps and cloud infrastructure (AWS).
Tech Stack:
- Frontend: Typescript, React, Next.js
- Backend: Python, FastAPI, Next.js
- Database: Postgres, Prisma
- Cloud: AWS (Fargate, ECS, Lambda)
About You:
- 5+ years in software engineering, with 2+ years in leadership.
- Expertise in Typescript, Python, AWS, and relevant technologies.
- Strong communication skills and a strategic mindset.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic startup environments.
Bonus Points:
- Health tech experience or understanding of data privacy regulations.
- Familiarity with AI, data science, or scaling products.
