Base salary:
$95k – $115k with double OTE and uncapped commission.
Location:
Austin Central office (2 days in office and 3 days remote)

Position Overview:

Are you a driven sales professional with a deep understanding of the SaaS industry? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can make a significant impact? My client is seeking a high-performance Senior Account Executive to join their expanding team in Austin. This role involves managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, with a focus on mid to enterprise markets. You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building relationships, and delivering comprehensive sales solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process including prospecting, qualification, pitch presentations, product demonstrations, proposal writing, and closing deals.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales approaches to meet an annual quota of $800k-$2 million ARR.
  • Engage with C-level to C-2 business leaders to understand their challenges and position my client’s solution effectively.
  • Build and deliver ROI assessments within accounts to prove value and close strategic deals.
  • Develop 10% of your sales pipeline independently, with additional support from BDR and Marketing teams.
  • Execute contracts and commercial negotiations with a target win rate of 30%.

Key Requirements:

Must-Haves:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of direct sales/SaaS experience selling an enterprise-level solution with complex sales cycles.
  • Deep understanding of the SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of managing sales cycles from 70-120 days with an average order value of $30-$50k per month.
  • Experience managing a large quota of $800k-$2 million in the mid/enterprise market.
  • Proficient in the MEDDPICC sales methodology.
  • Strong analytical mind, driven, curious, and able to ask probing questions.
  • Proven sales stats demonstrating excellence and top performance in previous roles.

Desirable:

  • Experience in AdTech/MarTech.
  • Background in Search technology.
