Neulinx, hereafter to be referred to as ‘Neulinx’, gathers and processes your personal information in accordance with this privacy notice and in compliance with the relevant data protection regulation and law. Neulinx processes your personal information to meet our legal, statutory, and contractual obligations and to provide you with our services. We will never collect any unnecessary persona data  from you and do not process your information in any way, other than what’s specified in this policy.

Neulinx takes privacy seriously and we will never disclose, share or sell your data without your consent, unless required to do so by law. We only retain your data for as long is necessary and for the purposes specified in this policy. Where you have consented to use providing you with marketing or promotional offers, you are free to withdraw consent at any time. 

  • Candidate Portal allows you to apply, manage and track job opportunities and applications. 
  • Neulinx may use third-party providers for help with performing statistical analysis and technical support, in order to keep improving our service to you. 
  • Your application information will be collected by us and made available to you through the Candidate Portal.
  • To facilitate the recruitment process, by matching your details to job opportunities.
  • To allow details of your skills and experience to be viewed by our clients, whom we feel may be interested in engaging your services. Please be assured that your personal data will only be provided to our clients if you have given us permission to do so. 
  • To keep you informed of any job opportunities we think may be of interest to you.
  • To carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us. As a result, your information will be accessible to and processed by our recruitment consultants. 
  • To preserve our business relationship with you as a user of our website and/or candidate portal. 
  • To keep you informed of the products and services (relevant to your sector and professional interests) offered by us via relevant marketing communications. This could include information regarding new and retained opportunities that may not be advertised on the company website. 
  • To notify you about any changes to our services. 

You have the right to access any personal information that Neulinx processes about you and to request information about: –
