Salary – £90k – £110k + equity

The are looking to bring onboard a Senior Data Product Manager with a strong Data Science/AI background to work in a small squad of Data Scientists. This role will report into the Chief Product Officer.

About the Role:

We’re on the hunt for a visionary Senior Data Product Manager to lead a talented team of Data Scientists in advancing our clients analytics platform. You’ll spearhead product development from conception through launch, ensuring alignment with market needs and business goals. This role involves deep collaboration across disciplines to secure the product’s success in the market.

What You’ll Do:

  • Craft and prioritize the research agenda for our analytics platform, focusing on leveraging machine learning for innovative solutions.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new capabilities.
  • Analyze customer needs and market research to inform product direction.
  • Manage the product development lifecycle, from customer feedback to research and iteration.
  • Lead a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering creativity and ensuring project milestones are met.
  • Measure product success through analytics, feedback, and industry trends.

Required Experience:

  • At least 4 years in Product Management, with a focus on data science and digital products.
  • Strong foundation in data science, predictive modelling, and machine learning.
  • Proficient in agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
  • Proven track record in product strategy and execution.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Familiar with B2B SaaS solutions and agile development processes.
