Technical Lead
Hybrid (2 days a week in Central London office)
Salary – £70k-£90k + equity
Tech Stack – React, TypeScript, Nodejs, Python
Neulinx are delighted to be partnering with an early stage B2B SAAS platform startup that is at the forefront of developing a next-generation demand forecasting AI product for the food industry.
Our client has already some leading high street food chains onboard and are now actively seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to help build the platform and shape the front and backend product around customer demand and business vision.
Heavily backed by Founders Factory, our client has secured funding, and their priority hire is to secure a Technical Lead to help drive their product to MVP and in time grow out the technical team with developers.
This a great opportunity for a Technical Lead that wants autonomy to grow the product, technical infrastructure and decide on the best coding languages to adopt to drive performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver the initial front & backend build for the software product.
- Developing the platform across both the front and backend build.
- Leading hands-on coding, testing and delivery of the MVP with external parties.
- Building API integrations
- Working closely with senior leadership to define feature scope and timeline for the product.
- Collaborating with our Data Science team, to ensure integration of models into the product interface.
- Spearheading future hiring and development of the product/technical team and its culture, alongside our existing founding members.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Proven ability to deliver products in a fast-paced tech startup environment.
- Experience of full stack of web development (Front-end, Back-end, and infrastructure).
- Experience in some of the following (HTML, CSS, React, Node js, Python and REST APIs).
- Ability to inspire and build a high-performing product team.
- Transparent work ethic to lay strong foundations for our company culture.
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical team members, to get the most out of collaboration across work streams.
